Eggless Chicken Burritos Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1 (10 ounce) can stewed tomato, drained

1 (10 ounce) can black beans

1 cup water

1 recipe pastry for 6-inch double crust pie

1 (4 ounce) can crushed tortilla chips

1 (3 ounce) can onion soup with green chiles

1 cup chopped cooked chicken

1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 5 to 10 minutes, turning once.

In a large bowl, mix tomato, beans, water, pastry and chips. Mix together.

Return chicken mixture to skillet and saute over low heat for 10 minutes. Stir in onion soup with green chiles. Sprinkle over burritos.

Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear. Remove chicken from skillet and reserve for another use.
