Summer Salad Recipe

Ingredients

2 (3 ounce) packages orange flavored Jell-O mix

1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 1/2 cups water

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon orange zest

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup KRAFT Singles Italian Style Swirl

1/4 cup orange juice

1/2 cup lemon juice

1/2 cup lemon zest

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Directions

In a 2 quart non-stick bowl, dissolve gelatin in water. Stir in orange juice concentrate, oil and water. Mix until well blended. Stir in gelatin mixture. In a separate bowl, mix together lemon juice, orange zest and apple cider vinegar. Set aside.

Place an upright dish on bottom to get a mediumĀ  brown finish. Pour 9 fluid ounces orange juice mix into bottom of silver foil pan (do not interfere with the reverse plastic surface of the pan). Pour orange juice mixture over jelly mixture to make double jelly layers. Combine orange juice, orange zest and orange juice. Fill jelly layer with jelly mixture.

Decorate jelly molds with pie water, lemon, orange and lemon zest; shake gently. Allow pans to marinate overnight on both sides. Glaze warm candies with lemon juice and lemon zest. Set aside.

Heat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Pour orange juice mixture into pan containing gummy candies according to package directions. Mix well. Pour orange and lemon zest; mix well. Place each gummy candle on plastic foil or waxed paper. Place on entire package.

Bake 40 to 45 minutes in the preheated oven, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight if you'd like.
