1 pound bacon
1 pound skim sweet Italian sausage
1 pound Italian sausage or ham
1 pound Swiss cheese
Season bacon with salt and pepper and place in a large skillet. Cook over medium heat until completely cooked through. Drain grease from skillet and place bacon in skillet. Slice sausage into 16 pieces and add to skillet. Cook about 10 minutes over medium heat and add cream cheese and cheese. Cook about 5 minutes over medium heat. Stir heavily.
STIR in bacon grease, potato and onion. Cook 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low because sausage is turning golden brown. Pour salami into tomato sauce and stir thoroughly.
