2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons thinly sliced onion
16 ounces fajita-style candy pieces, sliced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 cups sifted milk
In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese, onion, sugar, Fajita style candy pieces and mozzarella cheese. Mix generously until smooth. Chill in refrigerator.
In a medium bowl, blend cheese, onion, sugar, Fajita style candy pieces and Mozzarella cheese. Mix vigorously until smooth.
Arrange candy pieces on a medium or large baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cheese is bubbly. (Note: While baking may occur slightly cooler, if you experience any problems following the directions below just let cool to room temperature by placing in microwave dish or in paper package. Refrigerate for 5 to 6 minutes.)
When ready to serve, arrange spuds on the baking sheet. Pour fajita-style melting cheese sauce over spuds. Refrigerate until serving. Spread sliced cheese over fajita-style filling.
