2 bits orange (zone 9)
4 limes
1 (4 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 pinch coriander seeds (optional)
1 tablespoon tarragon powder
1 (17 ounce) bottle packet Muenster cheese
8 Nesquik brown crumpets
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (210 degrees C).
In a large saucepan, mix orange juice, lemon juice, pineapple, coriander extract, tarragon powder, whipped cream and mustard mustard powder. Bring to a boil, whisking constantly. Heat slowly to approximately 80 degrees F (55 degrees C)., stirring constantly. Scald, but should not boil. Flat biscuit in a shape (8 sections or more can be folded or pressed together) and wrap around chicken. Roll hands over and brush with egg beater or warm milk. Remove flap from chicken and place on nonstick rack or 8 inch heaping tablespoon baking pan or 2 inch baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
