1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup light margarine
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup jam
1 cup white sugar
2 egg yolks
Preheat oven broiler make sure cookie sheets have foil opened over bottom of pan spray cookie sheets with cooking spray
Pinch together flour, baking powder, baking soda and light margarine. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix eggs and sugar. Beat egg yolks with 1/4 cup sugar/2 egg yolks until fluffy.
Add eggs and butter in equal amounts, mixing just until into batter. Stir in pecans. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
