1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 (3 ounce) package lemon flavored Jell-O
1 cup water
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 cup boiling water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup milk
12 Swiss cheese slices
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 pint peanut butter chips
In large bowl, mix together flour, baking soda and salt till well blended. Stir in boiling water and lemon zest; let cool.
In small bowl, stir together lemon zest, boiling water, lemon juice, lemon juice and milk. Mix thoroughly, then pour into large mixing bowl. Stir together cheese slices and butter; smooth over lumps and cream. Spread mixture into prepared pan. Garnish with lemon juice and pepper, then pour hot water over top.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add flour mixture and sprinkle with olive oil. Stir in lemon juice and peanut butter chips. Cool slightly.
