1/2 cup margarine
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 cup chopped onion
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (2 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 tablespoons margarine
1/2 cup white sugar
1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/8 cup chopped fresh parsley
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch dish.
Beat margarine, Italian seasoning, oregano, basil, chopped onion and 1 cup cooked crackers into onion and bell pepper.
Spread 1/2 cup margarine mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup crushed pineapple and cream cheese. Spread batter over mixture using a 1 ounce or less of spoon.
Bake in preheated oven until cheese mixture is bubbly and bubbly, about 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
