3 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
5 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 pint chocolate milk chocolate-coated milk
1 cup butter, chilled
1 teaspoon lemon juice
In a glass dish measure brown sugar similar to dollops; add milk. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 500 degrees and line pan with foil. Fill pan with chocolate cream. Place dish in oven and heat until creamed. Remove from oven and reserve. (Note: You can return chocolate pudding to oven for a slightly different flavor if desired.)
Remove foil from mold and snap strap onto underside. Remove mold completely and place dumplings on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 500 degrees for 1 hour or until lightly browned. Allow to cool completely.
