1 (15 ounce) can sliced black beans, drained
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 (4 ounce) can sliced ripe olives
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped red onion
2 tablespoons dry white wine
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
In a medium bowl, blend black beans, cream cheese, mayonnaise and sliced ripe olives. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate until serving.
Melt cream cheese in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in olives and chives. Spread over cream cheese mixture.
Stir in parsley, red onion, dry white wine and horseradish. Fill cheese mixture with bean mixture.
