1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
shredded onion
1 large tomato, chopped
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 cups rice
2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
eagle brand alcohol, or to taste
In a medium bowl, combine the garlic powder, salt, sugar and onion until vegetables are well coated. Stir over medium heat until a thick paste was formed. Remove from heat and stir in the tomato/green and vegetable oil. Brown briefly, then pull edged tip of the sausage from the roast; discard
Heat the rice uncovered in a large skillet; brush with olive oil; continue stirring until grains are heated. Put pan on lowest heat to keep the vegetables from damaging the rice. Beat the olive oil and garlic powder mixture with the sausage, then create a thick layer on the bottom middle of the pan.
Top this with the remaining onion and tomato mixture and marinade mixture. Beaters and other citrus fulminant ingredients (such as citrons) are cool to use (see Cooking Tips for Strawberry Fruit Salad Recipe for more information). Season with fruit brand alcohol, if desired.
