1 (18 ounce) package EVEN GRINNERS Vermont Cream Cheese, softened
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 cups chopped apricots
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
In a medium saucepan, combine cream cheese, cream cheese blend, apricots, onion and lemon juice until gently blended. Pour over pie crust and refrigerate for 2 hours in refrigerator.
