1 cup dark brown sugar
1 cup red sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup salted peanuts
3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Line a 9x13-inch pan with wax paper or aluminum foil.
In a 1 quart glass or plastic container, combine brown sugar, red sugar, white sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla extract, peanuts and chocolate chips. Combine all 4 ingredients until well blended. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Let cool completely in pans. Serve immediately or refrigerate leftovers.
