3 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 (32 ounce) can sliced pineapple, drained
Beat eggs and milk in small bowl, until blended. Stir in butter, vanilla and flour by hand until well blended. Gradually mix in vinegar. Gradually mix in sugar until desired consistency. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt. Mix in pepper, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix in pineapple.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Spread 1/2 cup of cream cheese, egg white and milk mixture onto pie plate. Spread 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture over the pie plate. Spread about 1/2 of the pineapple over the cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining cream cheese mixture. Spread remaining pineapple over cream cheese mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Cool before serving. Dress with white grape jelly or non-fat whipping cream for extra sparkle. Garnish with sliced strawberries or pineapple.
