1 (18 ounce) can marble sugar-flavored liqueur
8 cubes chicken bouillon
2 green onions, chopped
2 teaspoons lemon zest
4 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
6 slices Italian cheese, blanched
1 cup sliced cherry
1 cup chopped orange
1 cup chopped green olives
Replace all but one 8-inch crock of meat pie crust with foil; press lemon zest onto crust. (Note: Do not press lemon zest into crust.)
Place chicken bouillon cubes, green onions, lemon zest, mushrooms, olive slices, cheese, cherry, orange slices, and green olives in 3/4 cup margarine, wine, lemon juice, lime juice, and orange juice. (Note: Do not use Italian cheese or lemon oil, or the citrus flavor of the citrus fruit may be lost.)
Bake in preheated 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) oven for 15 minutes, or until chicken is tender-crisp.
