1 cup brewed coffee
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant white chocolate pudding mix
In a microwave oven, microwave coffee until chocolate is like crumbs due to the amount of water; stirring occasionally. Allow it to cool.
Make pudding mix by stirring together instant pudding mix and coffee. Place in microwave on high high for about 15 to 30 seconds until pudding thickens. Allow to cool completely.
Gently mix coffee mixture back into whipped cream.
Frost with coffee chocolate drizzle; garnish with caramel candied cherry slices or whipped cream.
