1 (10 ounce) package corn muffin mix
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup canned corn
1 cup chopped onions
1 (1 ounce) package dry corn bread mix
1/2 cup cooked bacon
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (1 ounce) package dry ranch dressing mix
1 1/2 cups cornbread crumbs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, stir together the brown sugar, egg, baking soda, corn, onion and corn bread mix. Mix thoroughly. Place the chicken and sausage mixture into the bowl, and mix well. Place the cornbread crumbs on top of the sausage and chicken mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
