Scrambled Eggs Recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs, lightly beaten

1/2 pound shredded Cheddar cheese, crumbled

2 pounds fresh mushrooms, coarsely chopped

2 large white onions, thinly sliced

1/2 pound Swiss cheese, thinly sliced in similar manner

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

1 (1 ounce) package fresh or frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions

In a small mixing bowl, mix eggs, Cheddar cheese, mushrooms, white onions and Swiss cheeses. Cover carefully. Refrigerate until ready to remove from refrigerator or chill on siding.
