3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese spread
1 pound loaded dry beef mix
1 (12 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 cup Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded 4 ounce sharp Cheddar cheese
20 ounces chopped onion
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Scrape the bottom of a large glass or metal bowl, and stir in the mozzarella cheese, spread and dry beef mix. Top with chicken soup, whip until mixture is stiff, and coat the bottom of a medium saucepan or casserole dish. Pour the broccoli and cauliflower mixture over the top of the cheeses. Brush wedges of cheese over each piece of cheese. Top with the bell pepper and onions. Cut each individual piece of cheese in half. Place in preheated oven, and reduce heat to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Cool for 15 minutes.
