2 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 cups oats
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup melted butter
3 eggs
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (20 ounce) cansning jars or lids.
Beat the brown sugar, oats, baking soda, salt, baking powder, nutmeg and vanilla in a large bowl until well combined. Stir together the butter, eggs and peanut butter. Stir into the peanut mixture. Pour into jars or lids.
Place jars or lids in the oven for about 3 hours, before removing from pans. Allow lids to cool, then transfer to coolers, filling jars and lids with moistened hands.
