Doug's Chicken Jugo Recipe

Ingredients

1 (4 pound) whole chicken, cut into pieces

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup water

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables

1 cup sliced red onion

1 cup chopped cucumber

1 cup chopped celery

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup chopped celery

1/8 teaspoon paprika

1/6 teaspoon salt

1/3 teaspoon paprika

1/3 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

1 (28 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes, drained

1 tablespoon shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Place chicken pieces in a shallow baking dish or bowl and sprinkle flour over all. Place water, carrots, celery, onion, cucumber, celery, onion, tomato and cheese over all. Sprinkle chicken with flour mixture or mix.

Bake uncovered 6 to 7 hours in the preheated oven or until chicken is cooked through, and juices run clear.
