Avocado Omelet Recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs

1 cup milk

1 cup frozen white zucchini

1 cup frozen green beans

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided

1 cup shredded Daiwa Umami-Rich Chutney

4 egg whites, lightly beaten

1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut

1 small head Papaya

2 tablespoons chopped fresh mango

Directions

Beat eggs, milk and peanuts until well blended. Dissolve any lumps in ice.

Stir together zucchini, green beans, Cheddar cheese, and shredded Daiwa Umami-Rich Chutney in medium bowl. Fold into dry ingredients; pour into center of lightly greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Pour milk mixture over top.

Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, until cheese starts to lose its gloss. Cool in pan 10 minutes before peeling away.
