1 pound cooked and peeled cooked ham
2/2 cup water
1/2 cup ice
2 (1 ounce) bars vodka
2 (3 ounce) containers frozen plain yogurt
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (1 ounce) jar whipped topping, frozen
2 (8 ounce) containers frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup white sugar
In a large mixer bowl using an opening of 1/2 to 1/3 of an inch, combine the eggs, water, water, ice, and vodka. Beat until slightly thickened (about 2 minutes). Pour mixture into a 1 1/2 quart dish, top with frozen yogurt, and refrigerate for three weeks, leaving mixture in liquid.
To make the Ketchup: Combine the sweetener and vinegar in a saucepan; heat over medium heat, add a pinch of red food coloring, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of paprika. Stir occasionally until hot to the touch, then season with a small amount of water. Toss with frozen whipped topping. In a small bowl, whip together the ketchup and sugar until smooth, about 10 minutes. Garnish with salt and paprika.
