Grilled Indiana Beef Stroganoff Recipe

Ingredients

2 teaspoons olive oil

4 pounds beef Stroganoff

2 tablespoons crawfish seasoning

1 red bell pepper, sliced into 1/2 inch strips

1 green bell pepper, sliced into 1/2 inch strips

1 medium onion, sliced into strips

1/2 cup sweet pickle relish

1/2 teaspoon coriander seed

2 bay leaves

1 cucumber

1 stalk celery

1 medium carrot

Directions

In a medium saucepan, heat 2 teaspoons olive oil over medium heat. Fry beef for about 10 minutes on each side or until browned on both sides.

Add crawfish, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, onion, sweet pickle relish, coriander, bay leaf, celery and carrot; continue cooking until beef juices run clear, about 15 minutes.
