1/2 cup A.1. white wine
2 tablespoons white sugar
1/4 cup minced shallots
1 pinch salt
1/2 tablespoon Dijon-style prepared mustard
1/4 cup butter
In a small bowl, mix white wine, sugar, shallots, salt, Dijon-style prepared mustard and butter. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight before consuming.
