1 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon chopped green bell pepper
1 tablespoon chopped red bell pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped green bell pepper
1 teaspoon mild horseradish
1 tablespoon dry mustard
3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
3 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
1 (16 ounce) package nonfat sour cream
In a medium bowl, combine the onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, thyme, parsley, green bell pepper, lemon pepper and mustard. Mix together.
In a medium bowl, blend the cheese, horseradish, hot pepper sauce and dry mustard. Mix together and refrigerate for 5 to 10 minutes. Mix in 1 cup of the mixture.
Remove meat from the beef or pork loin and cut into 1 inch cubes. Mix together with the sour cream. Chill meat and veggies for at least 1 hour before cutting into cubes.
