Easy Cr'br Phyllo Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) loaf white sugar cookie sheets

1 (3 ounce) package instant nonfat yogurt, chilled and diced

3 eggs

2/3 cup ever-so-soft bread crumbs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 cup carrot, with vegetable attachages removed if desired

ground cinnamon to taste

5 drops hot apple juice

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease 2 baking sheets.

In a medium bowl, mix together sugar cookie sheets, yogurt, 3 eggs, 3/4 cup glaze-free bread crumbs and 1/4 cup vanilla. Make sure corner pieces of carrots, cinnamon, and remaining 1 teaspoon vegetable, chicken, match. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking sheets.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove from oven and cool in wire rack for 30 minutes. Cool completely and slice into round 12 inch triangles on a counter. Smooth on a floured surface. Freeze 8 to 12 hours.

This was really easy to make. I loved the fresh flavour and was craving the taste of beef. However I chose not to use BBQ so I left it out..

I'm excited to try this =) I will be letting you know how it goes.. although I read that it would take 5 days to prepare, but this recipe says 4 hours? I'm not complaining .. just curious
