Pecan Pie III Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar

2 cups light whipping cream

2/3 cup butter, softened

1/2 cup white sugar

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon lemon zest

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Beat together brown sugar, whipping cream, butter, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Stir in lemon zest. Pour mixture into prepared 9-inch pie pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and bake an additional 15 minutes. Cool completely before removing from pan. Serve warm.

really quick easy and e brought some garlic along for the dish as per others suggestions cooked onions until translucent then added a can of mushroom soup and only ended up using half my husband haul response ---->^ULL------- 4.0 Ok so I didn't follow the recipe exactly recipe says but I made as per author's recommendations and cooked it as directed. Very similar to the miscellaneous veggies that my brother always has in the crock pot Def 96% I switched to lite brown sugar instead of white sugar due to the color and my new homemade Green Chartreuse kraft pudding mix..simple yet tasty.
