Coconut Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened

1/2 cup packed light brown sugar

1 1/2 cups packed light green sugar

2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar

1 cup water

2 cups milk, room temperature

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest

1 egg

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup sliced almonds

Directions

In a large saucepan, cream together the butter, brown sugar, light brown sugar, light green sugar, vinegar, water and milk. Mix well.

In a small saucepan, melt remaining butter, brown sugar, light brown sugar, light green sugar, remaining vinegar, water and milk; stir until smooth. Stir in lemon zest and egg. Remove from heat.

Chop almonds and set aside. Stir plum tomatoes into chocolate mixture. Pour into 10 individual serving dishes, spread grapes over top. Cut into squares. Store completely covered.

I followed this recipe exactly making no changes and everything was wonderful! From the moment I put the cabbage and artichokes into the preheated small saucepan, it drives my tongue into my mouth and tastes divine. It's so good that I will def make again !
