1 cup milk

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (4 ounce) can cream cheese, chilled

In a medium bowl, mix milk, butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, cream cheese and cream cheese. Mix thoroughly.
Spread cream cheese on the large 9x7 inch pie crust and cut into small squares. Spread halves of cream cheese on the cream cheese slices with a fork.
Blend the cream cheese and parsley mixture and spread over the cream cheese and cream cheese slices.
