1 (8 ounce) package 5 ounce cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package 3/4 pound shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 (8 ounce) can shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
Beat together cream cheese and mozzarella cheese with hands until smooth. Stir in onion, sharp Cheddar cheese, green pepper, and paprika. Pour mixture into a 13 1/2- fluid ounce canning canner jar.
Place canner jar in the refrigerator. Top with cheese dip and barbecue sauce. Secure with toothpicks.
