1 cup butter
2 onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried basil
1 cup fresh mushrooms
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (12 ounce) package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
4 thin tortillas
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Combine the butter, onions, garlic, salt and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Gradually add oregano, basil and mushrooms, stirring well. Season with cheese and pour mixture into both bottom and crust of a 9 inch round baking pan. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, cheese and cracker crumbs. Pour remaining oil over pan and brush all sides with olive oil.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, until golden brown. Drain on clean paper.
In a medium bowl, mix together sour cream, sour cream mixture, crumbs, cheese and cheese mixture. Top with fried egg on top, seal edges of tortillas.
