Steak Marinade Recipe

Ingredients

4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried parsley, crushed

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

1 teaspoon dried sage

1 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed

2 teaspoons dried sage

2 teaspoons dried thyme, crushed

Directions

Prepare meat according to package directions; keep meat from refrigerator.

Preheat grill for high heat and lightly oil grate.

Place meat on grill and brush with Worcestershire sauce and garlic and parsley and oregano, serving as desired.

Steam the steak for 3 hours, turning occasionally, or until internal internal temperature reaches 180 degrees F (80 degrees C).

To dry the beef, remove the meat from the pan and chop it into smaller pieces.

In a separate small bowl, chop cooked onion and garnish meat with chopped onion.

Place remaining ingredients (including rosemary, sage and thyme) in a small bowl and toss to coat.

This was much better the first time I made it. This is so easy and it wasn't too spicy. I used olive oil instead of canola and added a tsp. of dried tarragon. I also added a bunch of garlic powder and peeled and seeded several mushrooms. I will make this again.
