1/2 pound sharp V-cut roast dinner
3 pounds chicken breast meat
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup water
salt and pepper to taste
black pepper to taste
Place sirloin steak in an open 9 inch roasting pan. Sprinkle evenly with garlic.
Heat 3 cups water and salt and pepper in heavy pan. Place roast in pan, and sprinkle generously with garlic, salt and pepper. Heat water and pepper over hot coals, and cook 12 minutes. Turn roast over, and sprinkle generously with salt and pepper. Serve in oven.
