Peach Bar Pie II Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) pastry bag

1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust

1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate

1 cup frozen lemonade concentrate

1 (8 ounce) can sliced peaches or pineapple with juice

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, cream together softened cream cheese and 1/2 cup peach preserves. Beat in remaining peach preserves. Add frozen whipped topping, lemonade concentrate, peaches and pineapple juice. Mix gently until blending. Pour mixture into pastry shell.

Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes. Cool completely before serving.
