5 red romaine lettuce leaves, chopped
2 cups cooked, cubed beef
8 celery - peeled, cubed and sliced
1 rounded cup sliced leeks
2 sprigs fresh parsley
8 fresh basil leaves
1 cup chopped black olives
1 cup frozen green beans
1 cup chopped pepperoncini (Red Bell Pepper)
Preheat the broiler.
Place the romaine, celery, leeks, parsley, bell pepper, olives, green beans and pepperoncini in a medium bowl. Let the weights be added, mix well and add a little more oil if necessary. Serve hot.
