I've been using this recipe for years and it is truly excellent! I like Southern Paizhmus with my sizzurp. Although, I have added relish and oregano. I would not call it simple; there are many aspects to consider (cook time, type of meat, etc..). Hopefully this helps someone get many features of the recipe.
