1 cup salsa
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chile peppers with onion
1 (4 ounce) can tomato soup
1/4 cup tomato juice
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
In a blender combine salsa, chile peppers, tomato soup, tomato juice, milk, brown sugar, omitting melted margarine. Blend well. Spoon over yellow or green tortillas.
Place onions and peppers in the blender. Stir in mushrooms. Pour over tortillas and sprinkle with sliced tomatoes. Roll up and serve.
