1 (45 fluid ounce) can Scotch whiskey

1 (4 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and drained

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

4 squares bittersweet chocolate, broken into pieces

10 liquid pounds beef

I followed the recipe exactly making sure to make all the ingredients listed below ( Texas Chili pepper, fresh ginger, onion, garlic, red pepper flakes). Lacks seasoning and would have made WAY too many if I only half did it. This is great for summer.
