1 fluid ounce liquid liqueur
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
In a medium saucepan bring 1 to 2 liters of water to a boil. Stir in the dark rum drop by generous teaspoon. Cool the mixture slightly, and serve immediately.
I made this for Easter, and they were massive hits (and will probably be again!). They're also quite easy to make, if you think about it. when you're tired of the sugar, flour and water, and want a smoothie with fewer calories than a box of krupy fries, then this is the recipe for you.
