1 tablespoon dry white wine
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add pork and onion and saute until evenly browned. Mix together the garlic, onion, basil, parsley, sage, thyme, rosemary, white wine and water.
Pour 1/2 cup broth into 1/2 cup cooking liquid in spatula; whisk to coat.
