1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix upping mix
1 (8 ounce) can unsweetened cocoa powder
1 (8 ounce) container heavy cream
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Using a rolling pin, spread the cake mix and cocoa powder on two 8 inch rounds. Spread the cream over the two rounds of chocolate. Roll on the floured rolling pin and size the cupcakes to make 3 inches in circumference at the bottom.
Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Cool on wire rack for 1 hour or until a knife inserted into the cake comes out clean.
