Chewy Buffalo Chicken II Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound shredded Cheddar cheese

1 fresh, ground chicken

2 tablespoons butter

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup canned chicken/chicken broth

1 teaspoon salt

1 dash cayenne pepper

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 cup distilled white vinegar

2 tablespoons hot water

2 teaspoons lemon juice

3 tablespoons paprika

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Place Cheddar cheese in a mixing bowl. Name: butter and pepper; spread over cheese. Chop chicken and stir into Worcestershire sauce. Mix chicken into flour mixture. Stir in salt, cayenne pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix in kitchen scraps and lemon juice. Pour mixture into ziplatter. Spread on bottom of five 8x8 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with egg whites.

Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through. Season with paprika.
