1 cup butter
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and baking soda until smooth. Beat in the lemon juice with a mixer or at medium speed, until mixture resembles a sticky dough can be rolled into a tube shape. Stir the flour into the mixture.
