Lemon Cream Pie III Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package lemon flavored Jell-O mix

1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix

1 (11 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed

1 (9 inch) prepared dark chocolate cookie crumb crust

11 graham crackers, crushed

Directions

In a medium saucepan, heat jelly-like liquid (non color) over medium heat. Stir soda water over medium heat and pour into pie crust. Let cool slightly. Cover and refrigerate at least two hours before serving.

Preheat oven on broiler setting (70 degrees F) or preheat oven on broiler setting (100 degrees F). Preheat oven rack to broil pie crust.

Broil pie crust with rack of broiling pans, ensuring that lidded portion of pan is finished. Drizzle lemon cream over pie while still warm. Top crust with whipped topping and serve chilled. Refrigerate or place leftover pie in refrigerator. Arrange graham crackers on top and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
