3/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon paprika
In a medium bowl, mix honey, salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder and salt. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, turning occasionally. Remove chicken from marinade.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Brush chicken with marinade and sprinkle with salt and pepper flakes. Bake in preheated oven for 75 to 90 minutes, or until internal juices of chicken run clear.
