3 small bonbons
2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened lemonade
2 tablespoons lemon zest
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup pineapple juice
3 tablespoons lemon zest
Lightly grease wooden or plastic wrap cut into 3 inch squares. Place each bonbon in plastic wrap and twist around a small circular cutter, allowing the discs to be eaten as desired.
In a large bowl, mix lemon zest and lemon juice. Stir in lemonade; refrigerate until serving.
Pour lemonade into a large bowl and beat with a pastry blender until light and fluffy. Beat in lemon zest.
