1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 pound lean ground beef
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
In a medium bowl, mix flour, soy sauce, salt, lemon pepper, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, beef, onion, garlic powder, onion, paprika and pepper. Place on a large platter. Refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Bake meat in the preheated oven for about 1 hour or until meat is browned and puffed.
