Pina Colada Pina Colada Punch Recipe

Ingredients

1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger pineapple juice

8 fluid ounces lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage

2 fluid ounces pineapple juice

1 fluid ounce pineapple juice

1 orange sherbet cube

Directions

Fill a punch bowl with ice. Fill with pineapple juice, lemon-lime soda and pineapple juice. Pour into glass and serve at the suggestion of the bartender.

Made this after reading other reviews that said it was tough. Made the cake icing with egg white, banana, and chocolate greek yogurt, then added fruit. I put it in a 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes, then took out the oven and let it cool. I put the fruit in the middle of each cupcake liner first, then the greek yogurt, then the banana, and finally the chocolate greek yogurt. I let it cure overnight and it evened up better. I will try to make it again, but it was very successful. Thanks!
