1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon white sugar
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Place olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar and melted butter in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 20 minutes, stirring constantly.
Stir chicken breasts, cheese and cabbage into hot oil mixture. Place chicken breasts in 8x8 inch baking dish. Pour dish with oil mixture over chicken. Pour with wine and cheese mixture over chicken.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
